Who taught you how to cook?

I'd like to say that I am natural born cook. But that would be a big fat fib. I learned to cook from my mom, from watching cooking shows on the television, and from reading lots and lots of cookbooks. But I am not a good cook. Someday, maybe I'll have someone that will cook with me and so we'll see. I also had Foods for two years in high school.
